  1. I would also say having clean sheets and a freshly made bed! I wash my sheets regularly but I feel like many people don’t and it is such a relaxing feeling to peel back freshly washed sheets and climb into bed. Nice post!

  3. I meditate on my own, but recently started listening to guided meditations before bed. The 10 min options are best for me and really relax me to get a better night’s sleep. I haven’t tried pillow sprays, but maybe I should!
